  We stayed at the Renaissance condo #8. It is a beautiful 4 bedroom fully loaded with top end kitchen appliances and cabinets throughout. The owner went all in to provide a luxury suite. The gym is also loaded with the latest equipment and very clean. Wendy and the staff did a great job seeing to our every need and making sure we enjoyed our stay.

  Absolutely beautifully, well appointed, quiet villa ~ perfect for a large family vacation! We loved the generous space, especially the oversized screened patio looking at the pool, sea and sunsets! Gourmet kitchen and industrial washer & dryer made feeling at home a breeze. Property management was very helpful and responsive to general inquiries. Local grocery delivery was the perfect way to keep a family of 7 fed. Cannot say enough positive things about our stay ~ would definitely come back on future visits!

  Our family absolutely LOVED the entire experience. From the moment we started working with Georgette, to how we were received, the daily cleaning service, to the communication with us to ensure we were being taken care of. The condo was amazing, spacious, super clean, and with the most amazing view you can imagine! The place was quite, private, and kid friendly. We had our two grown kids, and our two grandkids ages 4 and 1. They all loved the experience. I recommend this property! The beach was clean and beautiful. The pool was warm and the hot tub excellent! We enjoyed every moment.
  There are roosters and chickens in the area but we noticed them everywhere in Grand Cayman even in George Town when we went to visit. It's part of the charm of the island! Grocery stores are close by and restaurants you can walk to on the beach also.

  Having stayed in many condos up and down Seven Mile Beach, none of them were as comfortable and high end as the Renaissance Villa #8! Every aspect of the unit was perfect and the property is awesome.
  Our only issue which could so easily be corrected was the paring situation. We have friends on the island and they had a very difficult time coming to visit. The Guard and Manager continously told them to park on the street even though thier were outdoor visitor spots available. Most of the visitor spots were filled by the Contractors replacing the AC units. I would send the contractors to park on the street and let customers park in the visitor spots. We weren't happy with our friends with a 4 month old parking on a busy street. We discussed with the manager but she didn't have interest in solving the problem.

  We had a wonderful week at the Renaissance in Grand Cayman!! There were 8 of us in a 4 bedroom condo including 2 small children and we were completely comfortable. Georgette was very helpful in getting our reservations completed and stayed in touch with us until we arrived. The beach and pool were beautiful and the facilities were good.

  We really like the Renaissance and its location on the 7-mile beach because it is away from the crowds and the property is well-maintained. The staff are professional and helpful. The unit, itself, is spacious and accommodating, but would benefit from some upgrades. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we recommend it for others.

  Our condo at the Renaissance was amazing, spacious and had all the amenities that you could ever want. Overlooking the 85’ infinity pool and then the ocean was a fabulous view. The beach was perfect! The kids lived it. Grand Cayman is a very expensive island; that’s the only negative.

  Beautiful 4 bedroom condo! The condo is 3600 sq feet of luxury and is ample room for party of 8. The condo is very nicely decorated and the kitchen stocked with lots of cooking utensils. The staff was superb also. Wendy does an outstanding job coordinating with guests on local area matters as well as getting settled into the condo. This was our second visit here and we had a great time. We hope to return soon.
