Villa 29 is a sixth floor three bedroom, three bathroom corner villa from which you can enjoy breathtaking unobstructed views of famous Seven Mile Beach. This villa is designer furnished and beautifully decorated. The living room and bedrooms all have LG flat screen televisions and Ipod stations. A well appointed kitchen, private screened balcony, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a separate laundry area complete this lovely home away from home.

  After staying at Renaissance Villas for the past 10 years, I can say without hesitation that it is one of the finest properties in the Cayman Islands. Every visit reminds us why we continue to return year after year.
  
  The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything you could want while still providing a peaceful, relaxing Caribbean escape. The property is beautifully maintained, with gorgeous surroundings, spacious accommodations, and all the comforts needed for a memorable stay.
  
  What also truly makes the Renaissance Villas special is the outstanding property manager and entire staff. Wendy and Georgette are amazing! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction are second to none. They consistently go above and beyond to make every stay exceptional.
  
  You really cannot go wrong with any of the units at Renaissance Villa, but this particular unit was extraordinary. The incredible corner views were breathtaking and provided spectacular scenery from sunrise to sunset. Waking up to those views each day was an experience in itself.
  
  After a decade of visits, Renaissance Villa continues to exceed our expectations. If you’re looking for a beautiful property in the perfect location with exceptional service, I highly recommend it. We look forward to returning again and again.

  Always great! Love this location. Is probably due for a bit of upgrades, beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. Painting, etc. Some drains weren't working properly.Better seating in the family room to accommodate 6.

  We stayed in villa 29 in December 2022. It was perfect. Very well appointed. The staff and property are amazing. The beach and pool are spectacular. The best spot on 7 mile. We’ve stayed in other units at the Renaissance in the past with a similar experience. Nothing but great things to say.

  Our annual trip to Grand Cayman and The Renaissance was spectacular as expected. The Renaissance staff, our Villa #29, and the 7-mile beach location are all just plain wonderful !!! If you visit ask Kenroy (?) to crack a coconut for you :- )
