Villa 22 is located on the fourth floor north corner from which you can enjoy a spectacular view of the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean sea. This lovely, well appointed two bedroom, two bathroom villa is beautifully decorated with bright colours of the Caribbean. The villa also features flat screen televisions and Ipod stations, fabulous kitchen, laundry room and private oceanfront screened in balcony perfect for sitting back and enjoying the warm Caribbean evenings and gorgeous sunsets.

  This is a nice 2 bedroom condo in an excellent building, the Renaissance. The Renaissance is a well maintained condo building near the Kimpton and its management team is professional, thoughtful and proactive. We'd highly recommend it.

  Very pleased with Unit #22. A little noisy being next to another complex with their loud air conditioning system continually running and our elevator was not working for most of the stay. Unit and facility were clean and staff always helpful.

  We loved the condo for its spaciousness, proximity to our favourite snorkel site, proximity to Yacht Club walking & restaurants and for its non-proximity to the big hotels. Customer service was excellent and the cleaning ladies were efficient and so friendly...having the cleaning service daily was an unexpected treat. The public areas were well appointed. Our only negative is that the condo looked a little beaten up...chips out of the white cupboards and the bottom of doors.

  We enjoyed our recent visit to The Renaissance. We had stayed there multiple times in a 3 BR with more family but needed a smaller unit this time. Georgette in the office was extremely helpful in all aspects including advice on Covid testing locations. The beach area is sandy and very nice and away from crowds. We had all the amenities we needed including beach towels, hand soap, shampoo, etc. We enjoyed The Lobster Pot (twice), Tukka (West End), Cracked Conch, Eats, Sunshine Grill, The Wharf and Macabuca. I will hopefully return soon!

  We stayed for 2 weeks in villa 22 and had a lovely time. The villa is beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen. The cleaning service was outstanding. Location could not be better. The only thing I could find missing was a drying frame which would have been useful for wet swimwear.

  Lovely property on the north end of Seven Mile Beach - same white sand and beautiful blue water, but much less crowded. Villa #22 was nicely appointed and had lots of light/views as a corner unit. Overall property was well-maintained and staffed with friendly management. Would recommend. Due to location, and low cost of car rentals, suggest you get a car.

  Quiet and relaxing...we were there during a slow time tho. All of the staff went out of their way to help us, one small problem with the cable box was fixed immediately. If there were any downside it would be that you need to drive to get anywhere. There is one place to eat/bar at a close walking distance. Watch out for chickens!!!!! :P
