The villa also features flat screen TV's, great kitchen, laundry room and a private screened in balcony perfect for sitting back and enjoying the warm Caribbean evenings and gorgeous sunsets.

  Georgette was so nice and very responsive to all my questions and she had very good recommendations. She, being the face of The Renaissance for us, was the perfect person for it. She was so friendly and kind and a very good at communicating with us. We knew just what to expect and look forward to. When there were a couple problems during our stay, she took care of them right away and got them fixed. We truly appreciated her kindness. The other person who was so great was Michelle. She was pleasant and did a great job with the condo each day. She left it spotless for us and we really appreciated that. The condo itself was equipt with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. Staying in the first floor, with walk out to beach and pool was SO awesome! We have stayed there three times before in Villa #41, but now that we know what the first floor is like, we will probably always rent on the first floor. LOVED the second bedroom having a king sized bed. Villa 41 only had a double/queen and with four adult kids, there was no way two of them could share a smaller bed. So our boys shared the bedroom with the twin bed and our girls shared the king sized bed. This was perfect for us. As I said the condo was perfectly clean, but it could use new outdoor mats, they were beat, the screen on the porch was ripped so misquitos got in the porch and so we had to make sure the sliders to the Living room were only open for a second to get in and out. Would have loved a few more than one extra pillow and a couple of throw blankets to have at night while watching tv. All six of us could fit on the couch and chairs provided, but maybe a few newer throw pillows could have made it a little more comfortable. When we didn't have hot water and the fan was broken, someone came out right away and fixed it. And when the dishwasher wasn't working, it was fixed that day. Last, we wish the elevator on our side worked. That was a bummer. But we truly loved our vacation!

  This will be our 12th time to Grand Cayman and we always have a fabulous time. We stayed for the first time at The Renaissance #5 villa. It was exceptional in every way! WE absolutely loved the ground floor level because of the added terrace. It gave us so much more room and felt very private. The amenities are wonderful and very clean. Only comment would be to upgrade the coffee maker. Other then that it was perfect! Georgette was so friendly and helpful! We would highly recommend this unit! We definitely will be coming back.

  Wonderful experience at the Renaissance. We have stayed in a few different villas here and really enjoyed unit #05. It was really nice to be on the ground level and have easy access to the beach and ocean. The condo was beautifully updated and well maintained. The staff at the Renaissance was extremely attentive and helped with anything we needed!

  We stayed at the Renaissance for the 8th time in the last 10 years and once again, we had a great vacation. The property is very well maintained, the condo units are clean and well appointed, and the team who runs it are the best in the Cayman Islands. Unlike other Condo buildings, the Renaissance is not in busy areas of 7 Mile Beach and we like that aspect of it. Quiet, peaceful and yet walking distance to the Kimpton Resort, Morgan's Restaurant and others. We highly recommend the resort and it's team.
